Where do you ship from?
Our manufacturer has multiple printing facilities around the world, and is expanding to new areas, but currently our products are made and shipped from facilites in USA (California and North Carolina), Europa (Latvia and Spain), Mexico (Tijuana) and soon Canada (Toronto) as well as partner facilitys in Australia (Brisbane and Victoria) and Japan (Amakusa). In most cases your order is made and shipped from the facility closes to you. If an item is not available in this facility, the order might get redirected to another facility.
If a product is only fulfilled in a certain area, we will write this in the product description.
Where do you ship to?
It’s easier to tell you where to do not ship to. We sadly we do not ship everywhere because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, it isn’t possible to ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We’re available to all other countries and ship internationally!

How do I pay on LegionShop.dk?

Is there a Legion: For We Are Many logo on all your items?
For approximately 80% of our main brand Legion: For We Are Many, the clothing items for grown-ups will be branded with a brand logo in either the neck, on the sleeve or on the front of the clothing item.
Can i get a design in another shirt/product, color or size?
Yes, you can, if you find a design on one of our products, but you would like the design on another item, size or color, you are more than welcome to contact us and in most cases we can make it happen.
Can I get a personal product made, with my own design?
Yes, you can either use our Personalized Products or you can have made your own personal product, please contact us.
“Personalized Products” indicates that this product can be personalized for our customers. We offer a wide range of products which can be customized by changing the text or image to make the product personal.

Can I get a discount if I want to make a big purchase?
Yes, if you are a band, a company or a community/group of people sharing a common interest, we can help you out. Whether it’s a band t-shirt or a company hat, we can offer you a bulk discount, depending on the size of the order.
The benefit you get from ordering bulk from LegionShop.dk is that you not only get a discount, but you can also mix and match the order as you see fit.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No, at the moment we do not have a physical store. But that just means we are open night and day at our online store.

Will I get a customs fee if I make a purchase?
Because of multiple printing facilities you’ll have less risk of custom taxes, that said, we cannot guarantee that an additional customs and tax fee can occur on some orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Most of our products are fulfilled in both USA and Europe, in most cases, your product will be fulfilled in the region you are located in. If a product is only fulfilled in a certain area, we will write this in the product description.
I’ve gotten a wrong item, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if there is a problem with the product you recived, if you recieived the wrong product or the ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
How do I know what size I use?
All our products include a size guide, please be sure to follow the instructions and make sure that the size you buy fits the measurements in the guide. Some of our products are unisex and might not use the same size you are use to.

Why do my clothes have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
How do I wash my clothes?

I’ve got an error saying “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination”. What does this mean?
When selecting a size or color of an item in the webshop, you might get this message, this simply mean that the size and color combination is currently not avalible or it might have been discontinued. We hope you’ll choose another color in the size that fits you. If we don’t have the combination you are looking for, please get in touch, we might be able to find the combination in another garment type.
I’ve received part of my order, where is the rest?
There are two reasons as to why some orders are split up. The first being that our manufacturer has several facilities around the world, sometimes certain Items are made and sent from different locations. The second reason is that some items are send in special packaging to secure the safety of your item, such as mugs, posters and canvases.
Why does the design on my product look bigger or smaller than on the image in the store?
Reasons why you may find that the design of your product look smaller or larger than in the picture in our store is a bit complicated.
As a print on demand company, we only make the item when you order it. We give our design to our manufacturer as well as tell them where the design should be placed on the product, once the item has been ordered, our manufacturer makes the product. This template is made based on a certain size, and if you buy a product that is much smaller or much larger than the size used on the template, then your design can be a proportionally smaller or larger. Although the design in many cases gets scaled, this is not always enough. But overall, it should not vary much.
My product does not quite look like item in the model image I have seen.
If your concern is the print itself, then see the answer above. If, on the other hand, you are thinking about the garment itself. Our model pictures can vary from garment to garment, we typically only make 1 model picture with each design and some of these pictures of our products are on a piece of clothing or accessories, which is not always completely similar to the final result. Sometimes the garment a model is wearing may have a slightly different collar, zipper etc. than what they are eventually printed on. Take for example a model picture of a design on a t-shirt, this picture will be used for different garments in our store to give our customers an overall insight into what the product looks like in an everyday situation.
We of course know that our customers want to make sure what you are getting is what they want, therefore we urge you to look at the product pictures itself, where you only see the product, to be specific, you want to look at the image where you see the product lying flat on a white background. Here you’ll see the final result.
